Pear Creator Data Terms

Thanks for your interest in working with Pear. Before you join our creator network, here is exactly what happens with the information you give us.

Who we are

Pear Growth Ltd ("Pear", "we") is a UK agency that partners TikTok creators with brands selling on TikTok Shop. We are the data controller for the information you provide. You can reach us about anything on this page at creator@peargrowth.com.

What we collect

When you sign up we ask for:

• your name
• your TikTok username
• your email address
• your phone number
• who referred you, if you joined through another creator's invite link
• the creator programme or brand page you signed up through
• your content interests and the products or categories you would like to promote, where the signup form asks for them

While we work together we also keep records that help us match you with the right brands: your follower count, engagement, and your sales performance on TikTok Shop campaigns (for example GMV and videos posted), which we take from TikTok Shop's Affiliate Centre.

What we use it for

• Matching you with brand campaigns. Your content interests, product or category preferences, audience size and past performance help us decide which offers to bring you.
• Contacting you. We will get in touch about campaigns, samples, commissions and any creator community groups, by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not send marketing blasts.
• Referrals. If you joined through another creator's link, we record that so they get credit. If you share your own invite link, we record the creators who join through it.
• Running our business. Keeping our creator records accurate, and understanding which niches and partnerships perform.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are the steps needed before entering a working relationship with you, and our legitimate interest in running a creator network. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

• Brands we partner you with see your TikTok username, content interests, product or category preferences, audience figures and campaign performance. They do not get your phone number or email unless you agree first.
• TikTok Shop already holds your creator and sales data under its own terms; we read performance data from it, we do not add your personal details to it.
• Our service providers (the systems we run our records and communications on) process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the list above.

How long we keep it

While we work together, and for up to two years after our last contact, so we can pick things back up if a brand fit appears. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere. Email creator@peargrowth.com and we will act on it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO.

The checkbox you are ticking

The consent line on our signup form reads:

I have read and agree to the Pear Creator Data Terms.

Ticking it means you have read this page and are happy for us to use your details as described. It does not commit you to any campaign, and it does not stop you leaving the network whenever you like.
